Warranty period:
All perfume products: 7 days warranty from the date of receipt.
· Watches: Two-year comprehensive warranty from date of purchase.
Warranty terms for perfume products:
· The product must be in its original condition and unused.
· It is required to use the enclosed sample to evaluate the product before opening the original package.
· Products that have been opened or used in their original packaging cannot be returned.
Warranty terms for watches:
The warranty covers technical and operating mechanism faults not caused by misuse.
Damage resulting from customer misuse, such as scratches or fractures.
· Any modification or repair made outside the store .
Discounted Products:
· Gold Warranty does not include discounted products or free samples.
